Reading the label

The current label (Regulation (EU) 2019/2014, applicable since March 2021) gives energy per 100 cycles of the eco 40-60 programme, water per cycle, rated capacity, programme duration, spin-drying class and spin noise.

How we estimate the annual cost

The label states energy per 100 cycles rather than per year. We convert it at 220 cycles a year, the basis the previous EU label used; you can type your own number of washes on any model page and the cost updates for every country.
